Yesterday’s Cheat & Eat was a success! I’ve signed up a few of my friends to start the Ignite plan and helped a few others determine a couple of the products they’d like to start taking. I’m so excited that others are starting to take this journey with me!

For the Cheat & Eat we had vegetables, fruit, low-carb cheese crisps (courtesy of Pinterest) and protein bars made from Lean. The cheese crisps were the easiest thing to make ever! I had a slight crisis with the protein bars (I misread the recipe!), which consisted of oats flying everywhere, but my sister-in-law was able to help me salvage them!

Here she is cutting the final product!


Here’s the recipe:

  • 2 cups Natural peanut butter
  • 1 3/4 cup honey
  • 5 scoops of Lean
  • 3 cups of rolled oats
  • Mix peanut butter and honey and microwave for 90 seconds. Add protein and mix. Add oatmeal and mix. Spread in 9x13 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut in to 24 squares.
  • Each serving: 230 calories, 30 grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein
  • Note: You can reduce the peanut butter and honey to cut back on calories and carbs.

My sister had just finished her first eight-day plan — losing more than 11 pounds and 9 inches — and got to share her success with the group!

It was a great presentation, and I even learned some new things! I got the extra signups I needed to qualify myself for the $100 fast-start bonus from Xyngular, so I’m stoked about that!

On a different note, I reached into the 270s when I weighed in this morning! Today is day 20, and I’m down more than 19 pounds! I’m looking forward to seeing what I’ll be down by the end of my 30 days on the products — March 14.
