Birthdays are always a good time for a little reflection. I pulled up my pictures from last year’s lake trip and knew I needed a side-by-side comparison to this year’s trip. Even though it’s only been a 6 1/2 month transformation so far, here is a year comparison — from my 26th birthday on 9/2/2011 to my 27th birthday on 9/2/2012.

Be a place for you to read about the products from an ordinary, everyday person. I promise you I’ll always be straightforward. Feel free to ask questions. If I don’t have an answer, I guarantee I can find someone who does. If you’re like me, it’ll take awhile to wrap your head around the program. At least this way you can watch my results from a distance before you make up your mind if this is something for you. And if it’s not, that’s totally fine, too!
The name of the blog means a lot of things to me. Yes, I’m hoping to physically slim down, but I also plan to cut some other negative things out of my life. I appreciate your interest, and I’m excited to share my story!
